DELIVERY
Where are you based?
We Are located in Atlanta Georgia.
What couriers do you use?
Most orders are sent using the United States Postal Service.
Do you ship overseas?
We absolutely do!
Can I pay for express delivery?
Select items will be eligible for express delivery.
QUALITY
What Filament Do You Use?
The majority of items are printed using a matte PLA which is a little stronger than non matte PLA. Some items will be made using PETG specifically for those items that might be in higher wear circumstances.
Will I Still see layer lines?
While we try our best to reduce them, there might still be visible layer lines. Painted items should show fewer layer lines.
Do you paint the items yourselves?
Yes. Any painted item is done here in our studio and are made to order.
CARE
Can I leave my items out in the sun?
Unless an item is labeled as PETG, you should keep the item away from high heats. (I'm talking to you Florida).
Can I wash my items?
As long as the item isn't labeled as Painted, you are okay to clean the item. Items are NOT Dishwasher or Microwave Safe
RETURNS
Can the items be returned?
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Custom 3D Printed Items
Due to the personalized nature of custom 3D prints, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:
- defective
- not match the approved design/specifications
If you believe your custom item has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the problem.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or not what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund as needed.
